Due to the July 4th holiday falling on the first Monday of the month (normal meeting day) and multiple board conflicts on the third Monday (normal alternate day), we have moved the meeting to Monday, July 11th at 6:30pm.
In addition, the board has opted to hold hearings on a separate day from the monthly board meeting to ensure board meetings start at a consistent time for anyone wishing to attend.
The membership meeting scheduled for February 19th has been postponed due to a board member conflict and family loss. The new date will be announced this coming week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please note the Adams Point HOA Monthly Board Meeting for July has been moved from Monday the 19th to the 12th due to board members’ schedule conflicts.
Also, be aware the board currently has ~2 hearings (1@6:45p & 1@7:00p) prior to the start of the general meeting. We estimate 15 to 30 minutes for the hearings if homeowners show up.
We will open the meeting as soon as the hearings are completed or homeowner non-attendance is verified.
