SPRING DEBRIS FLING

Adams Point residents, it is time to get outside and get our yards cleaned up from the winter. This has been an exceptionally wet winter and with the beautiful days ahead it’s a great opportunity to get outside and work on your yards.

Keeping with our annual tradition, the board has organized a debris dumpster to be placed in the pool parking lot within this week. It will be available for YARD DEBRIS until it is full! The board will decide on a second container based on use. This has been a valuable service to all and we ask that everyone help keep the service by:

  1. DEPOSIT ONLY YARD DEBRIS.
  2. RESIDENT USE ONLY (no landscaper use).
  3. NO GARBAGE BAGS.
  4. KEEP KIDS CLEAR OF THE CONTAINER.

ABUSE OF THE SERVICE WILL MEAN LOSS OF THE SERVICE.

EVERYONE FALL IN FOR THE FALL CLEANUP!

IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN. Fall is upon us, and it’s key that we all maintain the beauty of our neighborhood via our individual properties.

A debris container/dumpster has been placed in the pool parking lot FOR USE BY RESIDENTS ONLY.

Over the past few years, the board has worked to adopt a practice of providing a debris container during the fall and spring transition. This is to support the need for residents to properly maintain their property.

PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS TO HELP MAINTAIN THIS SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.

  1. ORGANIC YARD DEBRIS ONLY.
  2. NO TRASH
  3. NO JUNK
  4. NO APPLIANCES
  5. NOTHING OTHER THAN MATERIALS FROM YOUR LAWN.
  6. NO NON-RESIDENT USE.

Abuse of this amenity will result in its forfeiture due to abuse and or increased fees from the dumpster company. The dumpster will be under 24/7 security camera surveillance.

The dumpster is currently scheduled to be replaced up to two times. Based on the level of proper use or abuse, the board will decide on any added availability beyond the two replacements.

Please email the board through the contact form page with any questions, concerns, or reports of abuse.

HAVE A GREAT FALL
