Yard Debris Dumpster October 19th, 2018

Adams Point Residents,

With the arrival of fall it is important to clean up any yard debris left over from the summer and storms.  Maintaining the beauty of our community by mowing your lawn, trimming bushes, replenishing ground covers, etc. is an important part of every residents responsibility as per the covenants, but even more so as a neighbor to others.

A dumpster will be available for community member use at the pool parking lot October 19th, Friday until full.  The container will be emptied and replace one additional time until full.  

Members, please make use of this service responsibly and report any witnessed abuse. The container will be monitored by camera and any abuse or improper disposal will result in fines to the resident caught in violation of these rules.

This dumpster is for YARD DEBRIS ONLY

ALLOWED: greenery, grass clippings, limbs, shrubs, small trees, leaves, and other organic material that is derived from your yard.

**Do not place plastic bags in the container. Empty any bags used to transport debris.

NOT ALLOWED: paper, boxes, plastic, chemicals, paint, furniture, mattresses, appliances/white goods, construction debris, household trash, or other non-yard generated waste/debris.

ABUSE MAY RESULT IN THE ELIMINATION OF THE SERVICE.

Spring 2017 Yard Debris Container extended for one more round, May 12th.

HOA Members,

The board has elected to have the yard debris container brought back for one more round.  The single container will be placed at the pool parking lot this Friday, May 12th, till it is full.  We hope those members with last minute yard cleanup projects will be able to make use of the container.

The container is only for yard debris such as tree and shrub trimmings.  No trash, construction material, furniture or other materials are to be placed in the container.  Improper use, can jeopardize the opportunity to make this service available in the future.

The warm weather has made its much awaited return to our area! Along with the warmth comes the need to maintain the beauty of our community by mowing our lawns, trimming bushes, and cleaning up any yard debris left over from the winter.

Beginning April 4th, and continuing till April 18th, a dumpster will be available for community member use at the pool parking lot.

Members, please make use of this service responsibly and report any witnessed abuse. The container will be monitored by camera and any abuse or improper disposal will result in fines to the resident caught in violation of these rules.

Christmas Tree & Yard Debris Container Continues to be Available

Adams Point Members,

Due to the strong response, the board has decided to continue to make the container at the pool parking lot available to members for another week.  The container has been emptied and will be available through this week and coming weekend, or until full.

The board is glad to see this service has been of value to our members.  We plan to make this available in the various seasons to come.
