The board has elected to have the yard debris container brought back for one more round. The single container will be placed at the pool parking lot this Friday, May 12th, till it is full. We hope those members with last minute yard cleanup projects will be able to make use of the container.
The container is only for yard debris such as tree and shrub trimmings. No trash, construction material, furniture or other materials are to be placed in the container. Improper use, can jeopardize the opportunity to make this service available in the future.

We would like to thank all those members that made time to attend the recent Adams Point HOA Membership meeting.
After a very engaging and productive membership meeting, the board is currently formalizing the minutes from the meeting, creating action items and acquiring the requested documents (including maps & plans) to be posted on the website. Once the minutes are formalized, the board will approve the minutes during our next board meeting which is currently scheduled for Sept. 7th. As noted in the member meeting, the approved minutes will be mailed out with the corrected budget information and an opt-in card for a choice of future access to documents via hardcopy mailing or web access.
The HOA is an association made up of home and property owners and the board is the membership’s elected directors responsible for the governance of Adams Point Community. We the board, appreciate everyone’s participation and encourage members to get involved and be an active part in the community. Adams Point’s appeal as a housing community is a reflection of the strength and drive of the membership, not any one person.
Your HOA Board, Your Neighbor.
